  5. miles away from any action, "Dutch" Reagan took Western Union
  6. reports of ball games and added his own verbal embellishments for
  7. a crackling play-by-play. Ronald Reagan, 78, will be back at the
  8. sports mike next week, but from on the scene. The former First Fan
  9. will provide commentary for one inning during NBC's telecast of the
  10. July 11 All-Star game. After his labors in the broadcast booth, he
  11. has requested compensation: an ice-cold drink and a hot dog.
